Why Choose Us?

We have provided cat and dog boarding for customers in Surrey and Sussex since 1960 and our family-run business continues to greet many familiar faces each year. We also get to meet many new faces thanks to the recommendations we receive from those who have used our boarding facilities in the past.

At Orchard Farm, we believe that we’ve covered every conceivable angle to ensure your pets receive the best standards of care during their stay with us.

Feeding and Medication

Individual diets are catered for and we ensure medication routines are maintained throughout your pet’s stay.

Immunisation

All animals must be immunised. Pet owners in Surrey and Sussex must produce an up-to-date inoculation certificate before a stay at our boarding kennels commences.

Kennel Cough Vaccination

Should you decide to have your dog vaccinated against kennel cough, this would be required a minimum of 14 days prior to boarding commencing.

Visitors

To satisfy yourself that every care and attention will be given to your beloved pet, we welcome all visitors to come and view our boarding kennels, to have a good look around and to meet the staff at Orchard Farm prior to leaving your pet with us. No appointment is required although we have strict opening hours as listed below.

Opening Hours

From 9.00am until 1.00pm and from 2.00pm until 5.00pm from Monday to Saturday (6.00pm by prior arrangement is possible). Please note that we are not open to manage the collection or accept the delivery of animals on Sundays or public holidays.

Collection and Delivery Service Available

We are able to offer a collection and delivery service for animals staying at our boarding kennels and for those using our grooming service. We have two fully equipped, air-conditioned vans for their comfort and we hold a current and up-to-date DEFRA transport license. Orchard Farm can arrange for collection or delivery anywhere in Surrey or Sussex.

Please note that costs for collection and delivery are charged per mile.
